Facilitated by

Josephine Green

The organizational innovation icon Josephine Green will uniquely participate in this week long hands-on event as a facilitator – and a strategic global thinker that will bring her experience into this context. She is the senior strategist, that singlehandedly turned an engineer-based culture at Philips into a design thinking and sensing culture that shaped the products that pulled Philips out of their tough times keeping market share. Today, she can be found among large international companies reinventing their culture and organizations to fit the next decade and rising business trends – when she is not with us, in Silicon Valley.

Dag Hinrichs

Dag Hinrichs, a TED speaker and the Frm Head of Global Commercial Innovation at Vestas, will help us explore the week’s insights with an eye of practical application.  He will bring his global corporate experience to facilitate discussions around how the best practices in Silicon Valley can be applied in your own firms.    With your business challenges on his mind, Dag will keep us focused on the solutions that will make it possible for you to scale the best of small, downsize the worst of big, and eliminate the obesity of corporate bureaucracy.
